This page explains how production, shipping, and returns work when ordering from Merchify Studio.

As many of our products are custom-made or branded to your specifications, production begins only after artwork approval and returns are limited once manufacturing has started.

Shipping

Once an order is placed, our team will prepare artwork proofs where applicable. Production will only begin once artwork approval has been confirmed.

Production Times

For standard catalogue or stock products, typical production times are 7–21 working days after artwork approval, depending on the product and branding method.

For fully bespoke or custom manufactured items, production times vary depending on the complexity of the product, materials, and manufacturing process. Our team will confirm estimated production and delivery timelines once your order specifications and artwork have been finalised.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We ship orders within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and internationally.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, or when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer.

Returns & Refunds

Because most products supplied by Merchify Studio Limited are custom-made or personalised, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, specifications, quantities, and order details are correct prior to approval

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not produced in accordance with the approved specification.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as reasonably practicable.

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • clear photographs of the issue
  • a description of the problem

If a fault is confirmed, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • repair of the item
  • replacement of the affected goods
  • refund for the affected items

Minor variations in colour, finish, positioning, or materials may occur due to manufacturing or printing processes and will not be considered faults.
